We have used Paul on a number of occasions. He and his team are totally professional, good value, polite, on time and extremely knowledgeable. When a job needed more than just plumbing, Paul always made excellent recommendations of who to use. Very trustworthy and highly recommended.
At first I was really worried about getting a plumber in to fix this massive leak in our mains pipe, I thought it was going to be expensive and a horrible experience until I contacted Paul…. Paul was amazing. Arrived as soon as he could, in this case well within the hour. When he got here, he quickly identified the problem, told us what had happened, how it could be fixed and the cost involved. He quickly got on with changing the join, resealed the pipe then offered to help us fill in the massive hole in our garden. The job costed us less than $100 compared to what we had been quoted by others (at least $280). He asked us if we had any other problems, he fixed one of our down pipes free of charge. The other down pipe he asked us if we would like to fix it ourselves, which we really appreciated as we want to be able to learn to do some easy tasks. He wrote down what we needed from Bunnings and then how to fix it. Still offering his help if we get stuck! Overall, Paul was fantastic, helpful, friendly, highly affordable and certainly comes highly recommended!!! Adele & Allan
